Won't screw you or try to sell you a bunch if crap you don't need. I've been to him a handful of times, and sent several people to him with zero complaints. $3 k repair at the dealer $1 k there. Explains what the problem was, how they fixed it, and what I might do to prevent it in the future. All at a very acceptable price.
