Said they would need to order parts and reschedule an appointment. I was excited that the $75 diagnosis feee would go toward my repairs. They returned for the second appointment and the parts ordered weren't the correct parts. I never heard from them again... I had to pay another mechanic another diagnosis fee. I was pretty bummed. ? I think this service would be great for simple things, Oil change, etc. but if parts need to be ordered, I'd suggest a brick and mortar. Ryan S.

Now I'm back, stering pomp in my car broke down. Dealer loaned us the car, no waiting, without waiting for appraiser, no other charges and warranty cover the whole cost of repair without deductible cost
