Needed two new start batteries for our RV. They did not have what we needed in stock, but directed us to a shop down the road. We were traveling thru St Louis and needed our generator serviced. The gentleman in St Louis couldn't get the plug out and told us we needed to take it to a shop. We were going thru the area and say a sign on the side of the interstate, we stopped and gary was able to extract the plug and changed our oil.
