They were really fast and professional I brought my car into the shop at 4:40pm Friday(the shop closes at 5). They allowed me to wait inside with my toddler son until my ride came, which unfortunately was running late. They called me by 11:30 Saturday evening. If you needed anything done to your car I would definitely prefer this place!! -Arika Ellis

We asked for conventional oil. The man recommended synthetic oil. Whe... read more We asked for conventional oil. The man recommended synthetic oil. When we said no, he said we neeeded that oil or our warranty would be void. We agreed. But on the receipt there was a law stating that no one can force you to have that oil. And we called Chevy and they said that the synthetic is recommended but our warranty would be fine if we didn't have it. The agrued with us when we confronted him. He said the paragraph law actually said something different. In the end he argued but charged us for the conventional. After we left we found grease on the upholstery of the car. Black grease on tan. It was on the ceiling. The guy was too big to get in and out of the car and he had to grip the top of the door frame every time. They lost our service and we will never be going back. We were lied too. And my mother felt like she was taken advantage of.
