The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.

They were really fast and professional I brought my car into the shop at 4:40pm Friday(the shop closes at 5). They allowed me to wait inside with my toddler son until my ride came, which unfortunately was running late. They called me by 11:30 Saturday evening. I cannot believe the excellent service they gave me being a woman it seams that auto repair places take advantage of a situation like mine my bumper was hanging down, rubbing my tire, I got an estimate from them ffor what I thought was going to be something simple. After getting the estimate and and realizing bodywork is quite expensive. He gave me the option of just reattaching it after spending over an hour with me and my car charged me nothing, when I insisted I pay he said all he wanted was my business. WELL they had it forever thanks West County auto body
