It is because of his great service that he has allowed his business to grow and become a pillar of the community. It is truly hard to find service shops like his that care about their work and stand by it without overcharging and finding things that don't really need "a fixin". Repaired minivan, put in lesser aftermarket parts without asking or telling that non-original parts would be used. When part failed, wouldn't agree to either of the two reasonable restitutions offered and s basically told to get out of the shop. This same shop didn't repair a bolt in a tire that was brought in, and paid for to get repaired. When confronted, shop claimed it was a DIFFERENT bolt in the same tire that just happened to be in the same region and be the same size. This is also the same shop that told us we had a cracked oil pan, that never turned up again as an issue at this shop (despite never being fixed), never leaked oil and has not been found by two other shops.
Fifteen minutes before closing, the manager, Jeff A., agreed to look a... read more Fifteen minutes before closing, the manager, Jeff A., agreed to look at my car. I had experienced trouble with it on our one hour drive to dance class. Jeff took the time to test it and even put it up on the lift after closing. This ended up possibly saving our lives. A mechanic from a different shop had neglected to secure bolts that held the tire to the steering mechanism. They were literally ready to fall off and might have on my 70 mph ride home. The manager was kind, thorough, and saved me from driving home later at 11:00 p.m. with a car that would have been unsafe for my daughter and me. I'm grateful for his help and professional manner when it was closing time.
