My fiance took her car here paid 80 for the inspection test and these ... read more My fiance took her car here paid 80 for the inspection test and these so called "mechanics" write up a repair sheet and it doesn't not even specify which correct parts need replacing. The repairs it needed one the sheet from the "mechainc" said front control arm/tie rod. Just like that. So I called the shop and ask which side was it that needed repairs the passenger or driver side that needed the repairs for the control arm and for the tie rods was it inner or outer tie rods? Both "mechanics" that work there refused to tell me the exact location of the problem UNLESS I PAID AGAIN?!?! I called him 3 times to ask for answers on what I already paid for he still refused to tell me which parts needed replacing.

I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court.
