While my car was on the lift, KS showed me precisely what was wrong and what steps they were going to take to fix those problems, as well as providing a detailed estimate of cost and time involved for the entire repair. KS divided the repairs into two components: those that were urgent and needed to be done soon and those that could be put off for a while. I chose to do all of the repairs at one time. KS Autocare completed the repairs on schedule and on budget, exactly as promised. All KS Autocare personnel were professional and courteous and performed their jobs well. After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward.
