Auto Electronics

I took my car into Auto Electronics when it broke down on me.  They checked it out and gave me a quote for the repairs they found it needed.

They repaired my car; I was totally satisfied with their service.  I was able to talk with the technician working on my car as well as the owner, they explained what they did and everything that was going on, and they gave me the old parts.  I didn’t need them but it’s nice to see what was replaced.

Even the gals in the front office are very knowledgeable and helpful.  They know their job and do it well.

Everything was done in a timely, efficient and through manner.  I can see why they have been so successful and in business at that same location (4400 w. Ogden Ave. in Chicago) for the past 42 years.

I feel confident when visiting Auto Electronics and recommend them highly, telling everyone I know about their great service, professionalism, efficency and courtesy.  I wouldn’t go anywhere else.  GREAT JOB

I took my vehicle there and they ran a diagnostic that I paid for. They told me I had to have a more detailed diagnostic, so I paid for that. They, then charged me for the repair..which I gladly paid for. The promised the vehicle in 2 to 3 day but it took almost a week to repair. Now the problem has shown itself again and when I called to report it to them, they said that I would have to pay to have the problem (that they didn't fix the first time) diagnosed again! They are a joke and I am now pursuing the matter legally! 

I just had the worst experience at this auto repair place.  It took 4 1/2 hours to fix a door lock that the initially told me would take 1 1/2 hours, because the shop ordered the wrong part. !! When I complained they told me there was nothing they would do about it not even discount my bill.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!
