While my car was on the lift, KS showed me precisely what was wrong and what steps they were going to take to fix those problems, as well as providing a detailed estimate of cost and time involved for the entire repair. KS divided the repairs into two components: those that were urgent and needed to be done soon and those that could be put off for a while. I chose to do all of the repairs at one time. KS Autocare completed the repairs on schedule and on budget, exactly as promised. All KS Autocare personnel were professional and courteous and performed their jobs well. I highly recommend KS Autocare for your vehicle needs.

In fact, I used to drive down from Milwaukee to let them do any required or routine work. Now that I live in Europe, it is a bit too far to go :-( Great people, great service, great prices. If you are looking for a Chicago area independent Mercedes shop, stop looking. THIS is the place.
