I'm not at all surprised at the loyalty their customers exhibit. They have longtime mechanics who are very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to determine what the issues are and to repair them to last. They do have more than one branch but I am only familiar with the Crystal Lake facility. -Becky Prestwich
