Sent my guy in for a repair job and at the last minute the new part showed up at our parts department. When we asked them to stop because the new part showed up, these guys threw a fit like a child- cussing to get the F out of thier shop, throwing our parts and being verbally abusive. Please pass the word as I certainly will! You have options and having clowns like this treating people that way is not acceptable.

WOW WERE WE WRONG. THEY DID NOT PUT ALL THE SCREWS BACK IN THE SEATS AFTER REMOVING THEM, THEY WERE TO FIX OUR FRONT BAGS AND THEY DID NOT EVEN TEST THEM TO SEE THAT THEY WORKED WHEN WE GOT IT BACK IT DID NOT WORK, THERE WAS A HUGE SCUFF MARK ABOUT 7 FT LONG ON THE SIDE OF THE BOAT THE STEREO HAD SPEAKERS THAT WAS DAMAGED AND DO NOT WORK NOW. THERE WERE SCREW IN THE CUP HOLDERS AND THE HEATER HOSES WERE PUT BACK ON AND DID NOT EVEN LINE UP AND WOULD NOT BLOW AIR THREW THEM, THE BOAT WAS FULL OF GAS AND WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY WHEN WE PICKED IT UP. OUR BOAT WAS IN WORSE SHAPE AFTER WE DROPPED IT OFF. WHEN WE CONFRONTED BEN HE WAS INSTANTLY DEFENSIVE AND BEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I WAS WRONG AND THAT THERE WAS NO PROBLEMS, I TOLD HIM THAT WE HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT AND HE TOLD ME TO FU CK OFF AND TO SUCK HIS D I C K AND THEN HUNG UP ON US, WE RECORDED THE CONVERSATION AND ARE NOW TRYING TO POST IT EVERY WARE WE CAN ON THE NET TO SHOW OTHERS THAT THEY ARE NOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE.... THERE WA NO QUALITY INVOLVED IN THIS TRANSACTION... IF YOU VALUE YOUR STUFF DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS BOAT SHOP YOU COULD GET WORK THAT IS SUB PAR OR YOU COULD BE LIKE US AND HAVE YOUR BOAT IN WORSE CONDITION WHEN YOU PICK IT UP... Beware of this company they lack professionalism and the willingness t... read more Beware of this company they lack professionalism and the willingness to keep the customer happy We were told to take our boat here by the original company we purchased our boat from so we trusted that it was a good company, boy were we wrong. The owners want to do nothing but argue with you and tell you that you're a liar. We took our 2013 boat there with 150 some odd hours on it they came back with 20 more hours it came back with an empty tank of gas the upholstery cushions had to be removed to have a ballast worked on half the screws won't even put back in the boat they're just sitting in cupholders now our stereo doesn't work and it was never even supposed to be touched the batteries were run down. The boat appears to have been left outside in the elements without the cover on which we have never done before. Also when I stepped into our boat the bow was so soaked with water that water was bubbling out of the upholstery seams. There's a new scratch on the side of our boat that was never there before looks like somebody drug something down the side of it about 7 feet long. When we tried to bring it to the companies concern all they did was laugh and say that we were trying to accuse them of something. We are not trying to accuse anybody of anything we are simply trying to get answers to these questions because our boat didn't go to quality auto and Marine in the condition that we received it back in when we contacted the company with our concerns they got defensive and very rude.
