Cory has a good business plan and does not pressure his customers into repairs. He services your vehicles and will let you know what other work he recommends be done. I personally like knowing what work might be needed, either immediately or in the future so I can better plan my upcoming expenses. This is the second top they have replaced on my cars. I shipped the second t-bird up from Pennsilavana for the shop to replace the top which was messed up on installation in Pa. The owner takes a lot of pride in making sure their work is done correctly
