It sounds to me like the power steering pump is cavitating under some conditions.  Perhaps not enough fluid added after the repair.  I haven't driven it much since you fixed it.  I will listen carefully for the next week or so to determine if I need to bring it in again.

The reason customer service was not a 5 is because I was unable to contact you by phone during business hours to determine if the vehicle was ready.
