I purchased a motor from Tony when I had issues with it (with less than 100 miles on the motor) he refused to fix it. He told me, while drinking a beer, if I didn’t like his opinion to take it to one of the other 5000 mechanics in town. I took it to Woodhouse Ford, guess what.....I need a new motor. We to stand by your work. Hopefully places like this will not exist soon.

Just checked my records and realized the GUYS charged me $100.00 for spark plug wires (only four) $25.00 for spark plugs (only four) with a whooping labor fee of $90.00 per hour (two hours billed). So, to recap; took my car to these GUYS five years ago for a tune up. Looked at the invoice and all they did was change the plugs and wires and I was billed $305.00? Mind you this was five years ago. Hard telling how much spark plug wires cost today? Check out any auto parts store and you won't pay much over $35.00 for a set of four wires. Actually purchased new spark plug wires from O'Reilly for $23.00 a couple of days ago. Thanks but NO THANKS I will keep my money GUYS!
