Digital diesel engines HAVE to be sync at original dealer if engine work is done. The service rep did not listen or believe me when I told him this fact from Peterbilt Denton, TX (corporate) is why our truck is STILL broke down. Picked truck up at 5.22.18 today is 6.25.18 Also, parts billed to my insurance company and after Peterbilt certified mechanics reviewed our bill and the part that broke (air conditioning condenser) it was stated that the part NEVER was replaced with a new condenser as charged on the invoice.

The local Honda dealership wanted to charge me a huge amount for a refurbished starter. Joey was able to install a brand new starter with a 12 month warranty for a fraction of the cost. He was able to do the repair quickly. I am so thankful to Joey and will continue to go to his repair shop. Thanks Joey! Julie Hutchens
Very, very rude service department employees. And there is no point i... read more Very, very rude service department employees. And there is no point in going to the supervisor, he's the worst! They went over the amount I authorized when I dropped my car off for service. They then told us to "never come back" after we demanded they stick to the authorized amount. The service guy practically threw a tantrum when he had to redo the paperwork for the CORRECT amount, meanwhile the supervisor was sitting at his desk making snarky comments under his breath. After we paid, my husband asked for my keys and the supervisor began to question whether our credit card was declined, it wasn't of course. He apparently just felt the need to demean and belittle his customers before granting us the privilege of posession of our own vehicle. I have never experienced such rude behaviour at any business, ever. I highly recommend avoiding this place at ALL costs. They will overcharge you and act like YOU should be thanking THEM
