Second time here with a top tier membership and I now have a Broken Shark fin antenna cap on a my 5 month old 2017 vehicle. Found with a huge dint on it, soapy on the ground of the machine wash tunnel. You can see where the bolts had been ripped off. They are denying any liability and the possibility of it being the fault of one of their machines... they say it was likely broken before entering their wash. The cap won't even stay on the vehicle with out falling off so it's impossible it was broken prior to service. They are offering NO sort of compensation. I am very dissatisfied with their customer support. I will also say the quality of the interior detailing is mediocre at best. Dust and other debris still found on the dash and surfaces of the vehicles interior.
