I took my Vehicle to Dynotec in 2012 for Overheating.Craig Looked at... read more I took my Vehicle to Dynotec in 2012 for Overheating.Craig Looked at my Vehicle and was unable to figure out what was going on and He was a Man about it and told me He didn't know what it was.He suggested that Ron take a Look at it.Ron said it could be the Temp Switch. I got one from Autozone and it didn't stop the Overheating.Ron said that if that didn't work to bring it back and He would have another Look.I did bring it back to Him.He kept the Vehicle for a few days ordering Parts and Putting them on the Vehicle until He hits BINGO.Ron is a Mechanic (Not a Technician).If you are Looking for someone with Basic Skill,then He is your Guy.He has no Knowledge of Import Vehicles and How to Repair them.I got my Paperwork and it had alot of Errors on it and I pointed those Errors out to whoever does the Paperwork.The Shop has a " F " rating with the BBB (Check for yourself).This Shop is not even Registered with the BBB.The Repair Shop that did Repair my Vehicle after Ron (Mr.Dynotec) was not able to.Showed me the El Cheapo Parts that He put on my Vehicle.The Shop that Fixed my Vehicle explained to Me that the Job was way over Ron's (Mr.Dynotec) Head.I have no Problem(s) with Craig or Blue.My Experience with this Shop was really BAD.I have the Vehicle and Paperwork to Prove everything in this Post.If someone else has had a Good Experience,then I am glad for you.
Do NOT waste your time here. Got stuck in the store for 3 solid hours ... read more Do NOT waste your time here. Got stuck in the store for 3 solid hours for an alignment. At first they did a half assed job at aligning, and when I asked them to show me the print out they suddenly had to "take the car back" to do it again. Once I got out of the store after the second try, I discovered they were trying to align the car to the wrong specs and on top of that, tried to tell me I needed a $450 camber kit to fix it. All the while, Tim snuck in a 3 year service deal that I did not ask for and charged me over 3 times what is normal for a standard alignment. I contacted NTB corporate to ask for assistance in getting some of my money back and didn't even get a response. Don't let them have your money, they don't deserve it.
