It was painless and quick. Until today... Whomever was manning the shop on the afternoon of 1/21/13 was extremely rude. We will no longer use this facility. We own 6 vehicles.

Too my surprise the repair was covered under warranty. My car has been out of warranty for a number (1000's) miles and the service advisor got with the service manager at Ed Voyles Honda, he made one call. Then it was covered! The service manger told me that since I was a loyal Honda customer, Honda would take care of it. I love Ed Voyles Honda!
