My driver side window wouldn’t close after I lowered it down on late Tuesday night. I contacted Wright’s Car Care the following morning and I drove to his shop. Ate breakfast and walked through some of the stores nearby (great marketplace nearby), and I couldn’t believe my car was finished! I had another auto shop that would have charged me 250 more and the service would have been subpar in comparison to Wright’s. If you’re trying to decide which auto shop to go to, Wright’s Car Care is my recommendation.

After 2 weeks and 2 separate mechanics with no success with the electrical problems I had, I then had my Dodge 2500 with a Cummins towed to Turbo Diesel. Wes, Kevin, Roger and the rest of the guys worked tirelessly even after hours to get me going. Thanks guys, I will be back, Joe Radella

Brought it in for repair on an engine oil leak problem. They diagnosed it as needing to replace the valve cover gaskets and injector wire harness due to a rubber plug missing on the harness. They replaced the items and then said that it was fixed. I paid over $700 for the work they performed only to find out that it didn't help the oil leak problem at all. I took it back to them only to be told that they do not have a pressure washer or any other way to clean the engine oil off the engine to do a proper diagnostic of where the oil leak is coming from. So now the question in my thoughts are, how did they come to the first conclusion on the valve cover gaskets? Are they just guessing spending my money to do their guess work repairs? I drove the truck back to have a meeting with the manager (Wes) and one of their mechanics (whose name tag said Pig, not very professional). Now they are telling me that I need to have a service to bulletproof the engine at a very large cost of around 7K. At my request I asked the manager to provide cost options to fix my truck. He says that he will contact me by the end of the day with a solid cost to do the repairs. Well, it's been several weeks and he never call me back blowing me off. In my experience this shop is very unprofessional and they didn't do a good job wasting my money.
