I went back the following day and the tires were checked, and was told it would go out. Stopped at Chrysler dealer today (Tuesday) and they advised me to take it back to whoever changed the tire that they probably broke the sensor for low air warning. Took it today and the manager started argueing with me that they did not break it, they simply changed the tires. I ask him finally if he was going to fix it and he told me NO they would not. I have taken all 3 of my vehicles here in the past but NEVER AGAIN. Enjoy the money I have spent with you in the past because there will be no more. I will also tell everyone I have the opportunity to that you do not stand by your work and you are sorry, including all the people I know in Sea Pines where we live, Bob Scruggs
This place is the biggest rip off I've ever experienced.Our alternator... read more This place is the biggest rip off I've ever experienced.Our alternator light came on and this was the closest repair place to I-95 on our return trip back to Tampa.They charged $35.00 to check the charging system which took them less than 5 min.Most reputable auto parts stores and garages do this service as a courtesy. We got less than 5 miles away after getting back on I-95 and our veichle died. Guess what,bad alternator.I called the manager who had no sympathy or explanation. I have seen places like this in the movies that prey on people that are having problems. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and stay clear of this place.
