I was disappointed in the level of service. I called the day before to have my a/c Freon check added to my oil change appointment and was told it could be done if I brought my truck in 1 hour earlier. I agreed and brought my truck in at the agreed upon time.
Upon picking up my truck 2 hours later, the a/c Freon had not been checked. I was then told it would take half a day to do that service anyway and that it needed to be warm outside to check it.
I spoke to the same person both times. I felt like I was mislead and given an excuse instead of the truth.
I have used Crossroads for several years without an issue. The last 2 visits have been disappointing. The level of service has definitely declined.
