I was treated like Royalty. When I came in . The service Girl. Welcomed me with open Arms. She was very friendly and told me What to look for. I was impressed in and out all in 10 min. Top. I remember the full service good all days. Where you go to get your oil changed, and they check all of your fluid levels, the filters, your air in your tires and cleaned your windshield. This is about the third time that we have taken a vehicle in to Highway 81 and all we got was an oil change for the nearly $80. The young man came over to process payment, and I asked “do y’all not do the windshield or check the tires anymore?” he was surprised by my comments and smartly said well, ma’am I’m about to check the air in your tires but we don’t have any more Windex so I can’t do your windshield. Even if y’all were out of windex he still could have cleaned it. If he wasn’t finished with the service, then he shouldn’t have tryed to get payment. So the ”I’m about to check your tires” was a lie. And the excuse that he was out of winded was BS. Service just sucks everywhere!I remember the full service good all days.
