About The Auto Mechanic Specialist

I took my truck in to gt an alignment. I left it over night with them because they could not get to it. I then picked it up the next morning and they did not do the alignment. I was greeted by the rudest front desk lady and was told that I needed another part to fix before they could do the alignment. I had just had work done to fix the steering system so I knew nothing needed to be done. I only went to them because they were cheaper for the alignment. I left without getting any services done and I noticed that my A/C was not working anymore. I tried warming up my car, turning off the A/C and nothing helped. I had never had problems with this before. I then took it back and was greeted again by the same rude front desk lady. She got extremely defensive and started yelling at me. I then asked Rafael and he got a little defensive. I don't believe my A/C was already broken. It worked perfectly and the second I dropped off my truck it is broken. I do believe they ruined it and the lady got so ugly that I got rude back and she then threatened to call the police on me. She then followed me outside and kept yelling at me to get out and leave or she will call the cops. I have never been treated this way by my worst enemy let alone an owner of a business. I have contacted the BBB. Do not use them. They are sick!!! I am both shocked and appalled that this place is still open.I took my truck in to gt an alignment. I explained to him that the air condition (A/C) was/is not working properly, it was/is not cooling enough, but because it is not a “real” hot weather, I did not need to use it, but I want to have it checked and I would appreciate if he give an estimated of the reparation. Also I asked for the price of the estimated and he said, there is not charge for that. He called one of his mechanics, who checked on my car for some 15 minutes, and later Mr. Rafael came to me and said that there is a broken hose, which need it to be changed, replacing the part and labor, he will charge $ 87,00 dollars. I asked him for an average time I have to wait, and he said, about 30 minutes. Mr. Rafael also made the following comment: “the machine for air conditions is a new machine and you will be frozen”. I accepted and waited for 30 minutes. Mr. Rafael came to me, and said: “it is done”. He gave me back, my keys, and I gave him the money, and I asked for a receipt. He handed me a bill with my car information on it (except for the transmission reported as 5 speed manual, instead of automatic). I noticed that the bill was charging “Full Synthetic Oil Change” and “Oil Filters” and I said to him, that was not the thing that was agreed to be repaired, and took it back, scratched/crossed out with a black ink, and said that, that was an error, because person in charge of the Billing DepGeorgia State Consumer Protection Department. 2 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SE.
