It took a month and a half for them to even get my lift kit in after I ordered it and payed for it, so I went ahead and let them put it on for me. They told me that had to cut one of the parts because it was 3" too big which was no problem. They then told me it would take a day and a half, but it took 3 days and I had to have it towed back home to "fix the front end", they told me all the parts I had to replace and told me the parts I had to replace for sure for them to align it. I replaced the parts that they said HAD to be replaced for them to align it and when I came back they told me they still couldn't do it because I still had to replace the others that they previously told me not to replace. So I asked for my money back and took it elsewhere.
They also forgot to put on my back right shock,  bolts were loose, and they misplaced my front drive shaft. They left the bolts for the shock on my frame after it already took them 3 days to "complete it". I also took it to another shop and they told me I only had to replace 1 thing for them to align it. I WILL NOT BE BACK, the manager was rude and didn't know what he was talking about along with the techs. 

The ONLY thing I can say was good was that Jason had excellent customer service and he seemed to be the only one I could talk to who knew what he was doing.
