Both times they failed until ultimately it was revealed that the pistons and valves were butting heads and when they finally clashed, the top half of my engine was destroyed. When I recognized their incompetence and had my car towed to a VW repairman, the repair bill for that catastrophic failure was about $5,500. This could've been avoided had Tower known what they were dealing with. I would not allow Tower to work on another vehicle, come hell or high water.

I dropped my car off last week to get a tune up and oil changed. My ex... read more I dropped my car off last week to get a tune up and oil changed. My experience was very pleasant! All the mechanics were gentlemen and when I asked questions about my car they answered in simple detail so I could better understand (know nothing about anything about cars). My wait for my car to finish was not long at all! I left to do some things in town and they were done before I got done! I will be taking my car to them every time and I highly recommend them.
