He told us our canoe would arrive within two to two and a half weeks. It arrived between that time. We took our canoe out for the first time last weekend and absolutely loved it! I would buy from directboats again. It was a pleasure doing business!

We are happy with our purchase It was very easy to make the transaction and the whole thing went off very well. The sales team gave us good advice about the receiving the merchandise from the freight company and they were courteous and helpful when I called and asked a couple of questions. I would like to see them implement an online tracking feature, similar to some of the other online merchants Ive done business with. That would be good information for the customer and should cut down on calls. We had a couple of smaller items missing in the package, but that was a problem with the packaging of the boat. We called the boat manufacturer and they made everything right. Again, it was a good experience and I would do business with DirectBoats again.

When I ordered it the delivery time was 2-3 weeks and we recieved it in 4-5 days. When I went through the boxes to inspect the trailer parts there wasnt a scratch or dent on anything.
