Southside Service incorrectly installed a transmission filter wrong ca... read more Southside Service incorrectly installed a transmission filter wrong causing the transmission fluid to not flow. They installed the O ring seal backwards. Once I drove away and found there was a problem, they did nothing but put more transmission fluid in. I never once told them that they could even touch my transmission. During the month that it took to get it fixed elsewhere, the communication I had with the owner Kaye Williams was aggravating; she was very rude beyond words. Never take your car there, they don't know what they are doing and do not stand behind their work.
