Pleased with service at that time. Then went back and had some paint work done. Man, what a change. Horrible way to be treated, and work was not done like it was supposed to be done.( Luckily I wasn't the one picking it up and being treated that way. ) Treat a woman like that, and show attitude. WOW Crappy customer service and very disrespectful. All they had to do, was call, if they couldn't do what I wanted. Didn't hear anything about it, until time to pick item up. Had the part for 2 months. Told them to take their time and do it right. Well, they def lost a customer here. Would not advise anyone to have ANYTHING done at this place. If they are going to be this moody, and do what they want, and not what the customer wants. There are def other places to have things done(the way you want them)

By the time we reached Georgia the previous battery failure had trickled down to my starter. HnH pushed all their other projects aside and got my bike repaired enough to get me going per my request and off we went. Unfortunately for me and as Tony warned, the problems continued to slowly trickle down and by Alabama my stator gave up the ghost. I called Tony and true to his word, he called ahead and found me a shop that had what i needed and got me the help i needed. He didn't do this just this once, but several times on my trip as the electrical system continued it's melt down on my trip. I am forever thankful not only to Tony at HnH, but to God for sending me there to meet him in the first place.
