I had my truck in for tires and the technician said I needed brake pads and rotors, my son was there with the truck so I had him ask for the rotors so I could look at them, when I got the chance to look at them the rotors were fine. I feel they are putting parts on when really not necessary just to get more money from the customers.

Oil change, balance and rotate, air filter, washer fluid, and DEF. $360!!!!!!

Then when I get home, I noticed that the DEF was spilled all over the side of my truck and steps. 100% the technician knew he did that, and chose not to clean it up. My 5 vehicles will never go back to mission tire! Please remove me from you text messages or email threads!

I was disappointed with the wait and the money spent.
