This is an excellent auto shop! I was most amazed at how knowledgeable... read more This is an excellent auto shop! I was most amazed at how knowledgeable and genuine the owner of the shop is. My driver side window wouldn’t close after I lowered it down on late Tuesday night. I contacted Wright’s Car Care the following morning and I drove to his shop. Ate breakfast and walked through some of the stores nearby (great marketplace nearby), and I couldn’t believe my car was finished! I had another auto shop that would have charged me 250 more and the service would have been subpar in comparison to Wright’s. If you’re trying to decide which auto shop to go to, Wright’s Car Care is my recommendation.

Second time here with a top tier membership and I now have a Broken Shark fin antenna cap on a my 5 month old 2017 vehicle. Found with a huge dint on it, soapy on the ground of the machine wash tunnel. You can see where the bolts had been ripped off. They are denying any liability and the possibility of it being the fault of one of their machines... they say it was likely broken before entering their wash. The cap won't even stay on the vehicle with out falling off so it's impossible it was broken prior to service. They are offering NO sort of compensation. I am very dissatisfied with their customer support. I will also say the quality of the interior detailing is mediocre at best. Dust and other debris still found on the dash and surfaces of the vehicles interior.
