They treated us like royalty during purchase. But after that !! Forget it!!! IT took weeks to get minor delivery issues repaired!!! And Then!!!They took an extra 1000.00 dollars from my credit card for who knows what, The extra 1000.00 they took appears nowhere on any of my bills of sales or any other documents from lazy days that I received from them. only on my bank statement does it appear. I have contacted two of the finance reps. ,The first being the person who handled my purchase. He laughed about it and said it would be fixed. well here it is 33 days later still not fixed!!! My bank cannot get anyone to answer the phone to them either.Finally I called and got an answer at lazydays customer care and explained my situation and was connected to a "superviser" who said he would fix it now and send me a reciept via e-mail. Well!!! I got the e-mail of some kind of refund reciept, that was 48 hours ago and it still has not been refunded to my account.I have since then called my bank and they say there is no record of any refund from lazydays!!! So they are taking action against Lazydays R.V. of Tampa now. And I am still out 1000.00 dollars !!! Please do yourself a huge favor and by your "DREAM R.V." anywhere BUT Lazydays R.V. tampa . Because they will turn it into a nightmare!!!! worst purchasing expreienc I've ever had!!! Ed ocala fl
We purchased a new 2013 3455 Big Horn from Lazy Days Seffner FL deal... read more We purchased a new 2013 3455 Big Horn from Lazy Days Seffner FL dealer, as long as we were purchasing we were treated like kings and Queens. When purchased that all ended for sure. We made 4 trips to get small items on punch list fixed, (may I add we are 141 miles one way)most of these items were on list when we purchased unit, even went so far as to make appointment 2 months in advance still same results. They even lost our 40 foot unit one time when we came to pick up. May I add we finally brought unit home with out repairs being completed, will do most our self or have local dealer do it for us. Heartland is working very good with us to send warranty parts directly to us with no hassle, even willing to pay local shop. Thanks Jamie!!!!!!!!!!!! Lazy Days stay away please!!!!!!!!!!!!
