We bought a car less than 30 days ago. Mazda 3 2013 with 14,000 miles. My daughter had saved all the money and purchased in cash. We felt good buying from a dealership in case we had problems and were presented with a clean CarFax. The car leaks through the windshield and engine compartment. Also the headlights dim when you slow down. We had noticed a smell the day of purchase and the sales person took it to the service department for 3 hours and had it checked out. 
I called Miracle Toyota and they said to bring it in. The sales person Sara Feliz would meet my daughter (18) in the service department. Today she took the car in as instructed, no sales person. The car needs to go to Mazda as it is still covered by a factory warranty. The dealership manager Richard Sanchez refused to provide a rental or loaner for what looks like an extended repair. My daughter is stuck with no car to drive to work or drive a car that might not be safe to drive. This is especially disheartening because my daughter bought the car with money she received from her father who died last year. 
These people are dishonest. Don't buy anything from them.
