They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. The dent - which was actually more of a crease, was from the wheel well to the door. There were some tough areas to fix, but everything looks great now.
