After it stopped working again I called and was told to bring it in so they could take a look at it. They called and let me know what the issue and cost of repair would be . I stated that I did not have another $550 dollars until I got paid to get the repair done until next week. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told that I am being charged $109 dollars for a "diagnostic fee" that with out paying I would not be able to get my car back. At no point with my initial conversation, drop off or being told the diagnostic was I told that there would be a fee. When questioned about this they stated its a new policy that doesn't have to be disclosed. That is unbelievable to me , to my understanding no work or cost can be charged without being approved through the client and at no point was that discussed or even suggested. Do not trust this business.
I had my van on a dirt country road, where I hit a big hole and bottom... read more I had my van on a dirt country road, where I hit a big hole and bottomed the truck out with a big hit. I broke the exhaust completely off the manifold. They repaired this and made a through inspection for other damage. I normally do my own repairs, but did not have the time for this work and needed to get the truck running and safe quickly. Service Masters did not disappoint. They are professional and courteous. I called them with questions and comments several times. They were always patient and helpful. I will absolutely use them again. It is great to know I have someone I can trust to handle repairs when I can't get to them myself.

How many times do you go to a mechanic to get 'checked out' and they say 'everything looks good. You don't need anything but the oil change.' These are people you can trust. Robyn H. Tampa, FL
