Owner was caught trying to install used parts that he charged cash upfront for new OEM parts. Then he and his staff could not even finish the job since they did not have the knowledge to do in the first place. Owner is unaccountable for his own mistakes then blames others for his damages. Listen to me. Take your car to a professional, not Top Notch!!! Top Notch Auto is more like Top Botched Notto !!!!!
