Our first two visits for service repair were great, however the third visit was dreadful. On the third visit, we took two cars for oil changes. One car was quoted as needing 1,200.00 dollars in repairs, while the other car wasn't even inspected as stated and was returned damaged. We discovered the damage two miles down the road after we left the lot. Kuhn Honda's response was that they would throw us off the property for trespassing when we requested to come to the dealership to review the video and that the car left the property "intact". We took the other car to another repair shop and found that 400.00 dollars in repairs weren't needed, and the other 800.00 dollars in repairs would cost 400.00 dollars at their shop. Damage to the first car was 300.00 dollars, and we consider it a reasonable price to pay to know how both us and our cars are treated at Kuhn Honda.

They have great pricing and are very upfront with any cost they think you will incur. Service is always performed quickly and to a high standard. They were worth the extra drive to me and will still be ordering my parts through Jason and the crew now that I have moved. Keep up the great work guys!
Bought my first HD, brought it into the shop for an inspection...Had i... read more Bought my first HD, brought it into the shop for an inspection...Had it done in a few short hours...Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with...I've also had my previous bikes worked on here ...Always satisfied with the service. But more important to me is the great attitudes of all the people that work there....They actually seem to enjoy what they are doing, and like each other. I think that makes for a good business and customer service.
