I was in a car accident (an individual slammed into the drivers side o... read more I was in a car accident (an individual slammed into the drivers side of my car) and so his insurance company (progressive) sent me to Impex. I should have know from my initial experience with this place that it was not going to be a good one but I went ahead anyway because of the reviews, I wanted my car fixed ASAP, and because my adjuster stated this is where he get his car fixed. When I went to pick up my car it looked externally fixed (ok ), however when I drove it just a few feet my tire pressure light went on. I immediately turned around and went back to Impex and they put air in my tires. I thought it was the end of it. For the past month I have had to go 2x per week to put air in my tires. The back rear tire on the drivers side where my car was hit. I called them several times and Julio keep making excesses and not wanting to fix what they did to my car. He keep saying that I must have done it when i drove it the few feet I did -- What?!! I did it really. Full of excuses and little to no solutions-not only that I am unable to make a U turns without my steering wheel locking and my car making this awful squeal. This is the most DISHONEST and UNDER HANDED place I've ever been to. I don't know if the other reviews are paid because my experience was not a 5 star experience, it wasn't even a half star. I WILL NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE HERE

I'm a 28 year Aviation Industry veteran and would highly recommend Transbuilt Transmission. I appreciate and know good mechanics when I see them. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had transmission related problems along with other electrical issues. Their diagnostics led them to an electrical module that was interfering with the vehicles communication data bus. They were honest about their findings and were very effective in the repair. Thank you George, Bob, and Caroll for a job well done. Charles
