Overheating problems

My car started overheating and I googled the nearest shop . I took my car  to them and it was just a radiator Hose  that got busted. They replaced it in no time and within the hour I was on my way to work , this is great shop

Never think about going to this place and never trust him!!!!!! I was too impressive of lier and dishonest manger, how they threat and threw a heavy metal toward my brother and threatening us with large screw and said we'll blew our head if we come back there. Wow what a nice place to go there!! All of this because my brother caught the manger changing the break router with deferent low quality as we ordered. This place should be close immediately!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I am a 27 old female that knows nothing about cars. I dropped my car off and they started working on my car without telling me what’s wrong or giving me an estimate. They said they fixed a seal, installed a new radiator and temperature sensor. When I came to pick up my car, they said I needed a water pump and timing belt but I didn’t need it right away. They also told me the car rides smooth. Obviously they lied because two days later, all my coolant leaked out again. Before they changed my radiator I never had a transmission leak. So when I brought my car back, they told me to fix my transmission leak will be $150. Come to find out, they didn’t tighten a valve just to make the transmission fluid leak. They told me the water pump and timing belt kit was $250 and the labor would be $300 so my new bill would be $700 when I had just paid $500 two days prior. They ripped me of knowing I’m a woman and I know nothing about cars.

Diagnostic, repair fuel system

My car broke down a couple blocks from this location. It would try to turn over, but would not start. I had it towed to Fix Car Center, and the guy said it would be a free diagnostic. After about a couple hours he called me into to the shop and showed me that fuel was leaking into the intake manifold and the problem is much more complicated than was initially thought, so he said he had to charge me $100 for the diagnostic. I told him to go ahead with the diagnostic. Five or six hours later, I did not receive any call or any kind of contact from the shop, so I walked over there, and it turned out they already went ahead with the repairs without talking to me about it or getting any kind of consent from me, whether written or verbal. This is illegal according to Florida law. They showed me all of the parts that the supposedly took out of my car (whether they did or not, I don't know, since I didn't receive any information beforehand) and slapped me with a $500 bill. They said the problem was that the fuel pump regulator was bad, which I've been told is a big job, and when I balked at the bill, they assured me I was getting a good price because he didn't charge me by the hour. When I confronted the manager about not calling me before the repairs, he kept going back to how he gave me a good deal and would completely avoid the issue that I kept repeating to him. When I refused to pay the full bill, he threatened to take out all the new parts if I wanted my car back. Eventually, I had to say that what they did was illegal, and he gave me $100 off to try to placate me.

In short, they may have done good work for a good price, but I'll never know, because their customer service was absolutely atrocious, and they clearly broke the law.
