12/04/2012 Recent visit very tensed, and experienced blatant disres... read more 12/04/2012 Recent visit very tensed, and experienced blatant disrespect. I entered the store and met the owner's wife "Pinky " behind the counter. I friendly asked for a pack of black & mild cigars. Pinky (Indian/Arab descent) rudely accepted my debit card, made the transaction, handed me my card and walked off leaving me to reach across the counter to reach the cigars. I thanked her then walked off. Curious, I observed as she tend to customers which waited behind me; the lady was humble and as friendly as ever! I thought that I might clear the situation with her, that maybe she'd mistaken me for someone else, and walked back into the store to hold a polite dialogue with her. To no avail, she'd somehow made uo her mind that I was the enemy, shouting that she didn't need my business, that she wasn't going to argue with me and to leave her store before she called the cops. She never even mention her problem with me. The irony is many people refuse to do business their because they are of Arab descent, yet she's decide to discriminate against me for no true reason. We've never had a confrontation before.
