I checked the back, and the wire had been cut during the replacement. When I took it to the dealership, they called Auto Glass Specialists, the repairman who had done the work on my car came out to the dealership and said nothing was wrong. I told him about the cut wire, and he said that someone else must have cut it (implying that it was me) and that it was already cut when he started working on it. I can understand blaming it on another technician, but to imply that the owner of the vehicle cut the wire on his own car...why the hell would I do that? I didn't even know where the wire was until AM went out and I had to look it up online.
