I needed some work done on my Audi and I didn't want to take it to the dealership, so I Googled shops in my area and The V Shop had nothing but great reviews. Now I see why. Roger and his team run a very clean shop. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to "get these fixed right away" as a sales pitch to make more money. AND, my car was detailed when I came to pick it up! I mean detailed, not just washed. Tires shined, vacuumed...EVERYTHING! If you're looking for an honest shop and want o avoid the dealership, this is your place. They service ALL makes too! Thanks Roger!
Wonderful old school style muffler shop. Where other shops told me wha... read more Wonderful old school style muffler shop. Where other shops told me what I wanted was impossible and very costly if even attempted. Mufflex delivered, fast and courteous, their install was perfect. Another shop in the area had installed the Quad Tips on my Acura TL too low for the profile of the rear bumper slots. The Mufflex mechanic was quick to offer a reasonable solution to my problem. A simple pipe cut, re-adjustment bend, combined with re-weld and muffler paint. All inside 15 minutes. Where others say NO they listen...highly recommended!!

I had to take my car back, again and again, because the muffler was banging against the chassis. They again said they fixed the problem, I drove the car around the block, and had to come right back again, because the mechanic had not corrected the problem. I spoke with Bill the owner, he had an indifferent attitude, he didn't want to be bothered, wouldn't even come out to look at the job until I insisted that the job be corrected, then he took a quick look and nonchalantly told one of his workers to handle it. They beat the heck out of the exhaust system and tried to force the pipe in place with a crowbar, and thus they broke my exhaust manifold. I left before they could do any more damage. I would never go back to them again, for any reason. I have never seen such gross incompetence, and indifference!!! I had to purchase an new exhaust manifold elsewhere..........
