During Covid-19, none are wearing masks, there's no hand sanitizer, th... read more During Covid-19, none are wearing masks, there's no hand sanitizer, the place is filthy, the seats look like someone rubbed grease, sweat and food onto them and the bathrooms are a mess as well. There was dark marks on my door, dash board and steering wheel indicating that they didn't wear gloves and didn't wash their hands after doing whatever. Price wasn't great for what what I bought. Personally, when people don't call you by your name and call you Boss, it's another word in the service industry that's demeaning. On a positive note, the service was preformed within the time given. I wont be going back.
I took my 2005 BMW 530i in for a driver's side airbag sensor warning a... read more I took my 2005 BMW 530i in for a driver's side airbag sensor warning and left it there so to determine the causr for the sensor failure. My advisor Chad kept me informed to progress and options for the repair. Chad was friendly, honest and very helpful so that I had all the information to make a repair decision. The car was repaired and ready as promised. Unfortunately 3 days later the sensor failed. I brought the car back in and they found that the new airbag was faulty.
