I had an oil and filter change at this place while I was visiting from... read more I had an oil and filter change at this place while I was visiting from out of state for the winter. After paying for the service, I checked the oil level and saw that the oil was black! I have been changing oil(I'm a mechanic) for fourty years and I know the oil was never changed on the visit, All they did was spin a new filter on and top off the oil. When I complained the mgr. quickly refunded my money. I know what oil should look like on the dipstick since I change it myself and the oil was not changed! To be sure, I sent the oil out for an analysis at a cost of 30 bucks and the analysis indicated high level of contaminants not consistant with new oil. The owner Laurie was a nasty person when I spoke to her and continued to defend her workers. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
