We currently have 3 cars being serviced here and up until these last t... read more We currently have 3 cars being serviced here and up until these last two visits we’ve been super happy. This last visit has left us not wanting to return. Communication used to be good here but there were at least 4 times Pablo said he'd get back to us and it never happened. We also ended up being given a wrong part number to order and now we can’t return it costing us $270. Your shop says Ford gave them the wrong part number but they don’t know who they talked to and no one wants to take responsibility.
A couple of months after getting my right front bearing replaced, I br... read more A couple of months after getting my right front bearing replaced, I brought my car back because of a noise in the same wheel during stopping. The tech must have seen that I replaced the brakes myself and diagnosed a warped rotor. Charged $60. Well, I was about ready to replace the rotor again when it just stopped making noise. Can't say what it was (Aftermarket pads to tight and had to wear in? Center nut torqued too tight?), but it wasn't the rotor. Those just don't get better on their own. Oh, and no one bothered to call me when my car was done.
