I was referred to Richie and he found it was just the motor and fixed it for half the price and it has not had a problem since. I now only go to Richie as he is fair, honest, and works quickly. They didn't retract the mirrors and my driver side mirror was cracked. I brought it to the attention of the Carwash manager (Mr. Cruz) who claimed no responsibility. He said that I was responsible for retracting the mirrors because customers had complained about manually retracting them. He pointed to a disclaimer that is posted "after" you drop off the car and if you aren't using the side door you would never see it. I'll be advising the Better Business Bureau of this facility
I have been purchasing gas from this location for over 10 years. Today... read more I have been purchasing gas from this location for over 10 years. Today at approximately 10:30 a.m. I went to get gasoline and use the automatic carwash. I paid for my gas outside at the pump and also thought I purchased the "Works" carwash however; it did not indicate the sale on my receipt. The gas pump stated "see Cashier". I currently have a broken foot with a cast up to my knee and I had my 7 pound Maltese Dog with me in my car and did not want anyone to break a window and take her so I brought her in with me. I hobbled into the Cashier (black/female) with my Maltese on my arm and she yelled "You need to get that dog out of here" in front of all the other customers!!!! I told her I just wanted to get the receipt for my carwash. She said just go around and put your debitcard in the carwash scanner and just purchase your wash from there. She didn't even offer to correct the problem at all. I hobbled back to my car...drove around to the carwash and of course the scanner was not working to purchase a carwash. I am a A.V.P., Sales and Service Manager at a large Commercial Bank in South Florida and if any of my staff talked to clients like the Cashier spoke to me they definitely would not have a job!!! She was sooooo unprofessional and rude!!!! I will NEVER get my gas from this gas station in the future and will be sure to tell all of my friends and neighbors about this incident....:(
