One word, Awesome.  I purchased two rebuilt Yamaha 200 Hp HDPI motors from Russ off ebay.  I am from Atlanta and was putting them on a boat from his area.  He and his mechanic went above and beyond to make sure that they were both running great.  I have now put over 10 hours on them and they are running strong.  I hope I do not need to get any more motors but if I do I will be driving back to Palm Beach!  Thank you very much.

In October of 2011, I conacted Palm Beach Outboards  because  I heard they were good at rebuilting Yamaha outboards. I gave Russ (one of the owners) a $1000.00 deposit over the phone by credit card for a 1999 Yamaha 250 2 stroke engine his company had rebuilt  with 60 day warranty total cost was $3800.00.  I expected to have my boat rebuilt within three week due to theft. I advised Russ (owner) of my time frame to complete the boat he said no problem pay balance then.  I contacted Russ in second week and advised that I was having a hard time with parts in order to rebuilt to where his company can rewire and install engine. In mid  December  Russ contacted me with an attitude demanding full payment on engine or he would sell it to someone else. I advised him that was not a problem as i was not ready at current time and did not feel confortable paying in full an engine i was uncertain as when would be installed. Within less than 5 minutes he text me stating he had sold the engine. I told Russ that I vdid not appreciate is form of treating  customers and would appreciate a refund. He said no problem.
Three days later I contacted him as to refund status as I hadn't received. The credit into my account.
He advised that he felt I didn't deserve a full refund. So I called the credit card company to request a  charge back. They advised that since 60 days had passed since purchase a charge back was not an option. I contacted Russ he knew about return policy so I was stuck! Truely did not to go through small claims court in Palm Beaxh since i live in Miami. Told Russ I would wait for another engine.
I followed up after a month with Russ since I hadn't heard from him.  He advised he had another engine that supposedly had been rebuilt by "some mechanic" a year ago and it needed paint and had a chunk of the skeg broken off. I asked if he would rebuilt it , repair the skeg and offer warranty on lower unit. Russ stated that the best he could do was throw in a skeg guard. Frustr
