I have no idea who this person is. We do not receive parts or ship parts and never have. We are a collision repair facility and have been here for 24 years and have never gone belly-up. Body Lines has parts that were shipped out MONTHS ago and so far have ... read more Body Lines has parts that were shipped out MONTHS ago and so far have not been painted or returned. Each time we call it is either an automated voice saying the phone isn't in order or we actually speak to someone, they tell us its shipping the next day, then we keep calling because we have not received the parts or even a call saying that they damaged the parts and now have to start over. These were shipped in February-March 2015, it is now almost the end of May and now no one is returning our calls, emails or anything. the business was opened in about 2008, went belly up in 2014 but they are still taking shipments, promising us that they ARE STILL working on these parts but coward away from talking to us? Shame on you Kelly and Joe Vacca!! You're a disgrace. I hope you walk in the shadows because its shameful to show your faces when you're ripping people off!
They Had our vehicle for over 1 month. Was told every other day it wou... read more They Had our vehicle for over 1 month. Was told every other day it would be done. They said they fixed the transmission problem & then wasn't fixed. A dollar was stolen from our center console, Mcdonald cup in the cup holder. & then when supposedly the transmission was fixed the spark plug blew out of the engine on their test drive. We Were told it was fixed, drove it 2 blocks & was making loud noises, supposedly spark plug shot out again. Picked up again the next day because it was supposed to be fixed & same thing happened. I pulled out the coil pack & they didn't even replace it, instead they cemented it onto the engine block. Spark plug wasn't re-threaded like they said they were going to. There was also glue on the plug as well. When my wife attempted to talk with the owner about their shotty work the owner yelled and cursed at her & told her to get off his property. We were just asking for part of the money back from the spark plug issue they failed to fix.
