All they do is replace the Clutches and seals and use a rebuilt torque converted that's is made in China don't last long. They don't do a complete rebuilt like most shop do, They don't rebuild the pump, They don't check the valve body to make sure is clean or working properly. They don't use the upgrade part to prevent the same problem from coming back... Now I got to pay another shop to rebuild my transmission the correct way... A waste of Money was coming here and trusting this people...
this place sucks! they tried to rip me off for almost $200+ I went i... read more this place sucks! they tried to rip me off for almost $200+ I went in for an alignment and they said they couldn't do it because I needed a new ball joint. I go to a few different places and they said nothing was wrong with the ball joint and I got my alignment done with no problems. these guys are assholes. and I call to let them know about their service the guy starts arguing with me. not only did I wait forever I had horrible service and they tried to charge me for something that wasn't even broken! never going there ever again!

I took my car and I am very pleased with the outcome. They were polite, honest and did not charge me an arm and a leg. I would recommend Southern Storm to everybody!
