I work close by to this store so my fiancé & I are in there frequently. We always have great service from everyone except Phoebe, she's one of the newer cashiers I believe & she is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. We had a situation where another customer prepaid for gas when she wasn't actually at the pump (at 5 in the afternoon... Obviously not a bright lady) we pulled in swiped our card & preceded to pump our gas like any other time, Phoebe came out explained the situation & when we protested that we didn't know without a doubt our money hasn't been taken, she began to take down to us like we we're stupid & get an attitude when we clearly were not at fault. It was an easy fix obviously but the way she handled the situation & talked to us was completely uncalled for. I've had her ring my stuff up before & have also gotten the same snarky & rude attitude. This is a great store if you avoid her at all costs, even if it takes longer in another line. People like that are not worth having your night ruined because she doesn't understand what proper customer service is.
